MdDS is an imbalance or rocking sensation that occurs after getting off a boat or "debarking" (debarquement). But other forms of motion have been known to trigger it, and it can be quite debilitating. I'm not sure that this condition is diet-related, but as it seems to be a 'modern' disease, it may well be.
