My Presentation at the Weston A Price Seminar, London, 21 March 2010
I was privileged to be asked to give a presentation in London at the first Weston A Price Foundation seminar to be held in the UK, in March 2010. As you will see, I decided to 'go for the jugular'.
In the UK, as in other industrialised countries, we are told that we must cut down on dietary fats, and to reduce our intake of saturated fats in particular.
There is no science behind this recommendation and there never has been; recent research has confirmed what many of us have know for ever, it seems, that natural saturated fats are not harmful at all. That was what I decided to talk about.
I apologise that my respiratory system doesn't seem to like the diesel fumes in large cities (I live in a small country village), and the problem I had with the microphone. But turn the volume up and you shouldn't miss anything.
Here is my presentation.
